Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Most orders are delivered in 10 to 20 business days; the expected delay is shown on each product page.

As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive its tracking number by email. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Import duties or taxes of your country, if any, are paid by the customer at delivery.

Returns

A return must be requested within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery, through the contact page: we then send you the return address. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours are not accepted.

An item that arrives damaged or does not work is replaced or refunded: send us a photo or a short video within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

Refunds are made with the payment method of the order within 14 days of receiving the return.
